Our meeting point at all airports is the Airport Information Desk.Your Driver will be waiting there with a sign with your lead family name on it. There are clear directions from baggage collection area, just follow the signs.

Important Notice for Pickups at London City Airport Docklands.

  • Please turn on your mobile/cell phone as soon as you have landed.
  • Please call our emergency number on +44 7967 885 221 once you have collected your luggage.
  • We will then call your driver into the Pickup/Drop off point directly outside the airport terminal.
  • Exit terminal doors, turn left and wait under covered drop off area.
  • He will be there approx 5 minutes after you call.
  • Please note due to security our drivers are not permitted to wait for you, you must be ready for pick up when he pulls up.

*London City Airport - You must call the office or emergency number on arrival. Payphone are available

  • We always meet our clients in the reception when picking up from any Hotels.
  • Please do not wait outside Hotels. (Particulary in London!)
  • Near most hotels there are Illegal Touts operating and they impersonate licensed minicab/taxi and private hire drivers.
  • Our drivers will always ask for you by name.
  • If you do not see your driver at the Reception Desk by the time booked, please call ask your reception to call the emergency number below immediately.

  • Our Driver will come into the reception or to your door.
  • Your driver will know your name and come & collect you and help with your luggage.
  • You may recieve a telephone call as your driver arrives at the pick up Address/Hotel.

  • You can also ask to see your drivers PCO License and vehicle License badge/plate.
